Spring Signing

May 2nd was Spring Signing Day at JPII. We hit an all-time school-record for a spring signing with 12 students signing to continue their athletic careers at the next level. Charles Albert signed to continue his football career at Macalester College. Ben Nixon signed to continue his football career at the University of the Cumberlands. Dallas Darden signed to continue his football career at the University of Mount Union. Deuce Drennan signed to continue his football career at the University of Dayton. Christian Underhill signed to continue his lacrosse career at Centre College. David Hobbs signed to continue his baseball career at Millsaps College. Adair Brockus signed a sponsorship with Ranger Boats to continue his angling career. Quinn Collins signed to continue his bowling career at Tennessee Wesleyan University. Davis Rochester signed a sponsorship with Hunt Brothers Pizza Racing to continue his racing career in the NASCAR circuit. Brian Raybourne signed to continue his track career at Georgetown College and is the first decathlete from JPII to sign with a college. Austin Kinsler signed to continue his swimming career at Carson Newman University. Kathleen McLeod signed to continue her tennis career at St. Mary’s College. We’re so proud of all of these student-athletes for their hard work on the courts and fields for the Knights, and we wish them the best of luck at the next level!
