School Physicals REQUIRED
ALL students will be required to have a physical for the upcoming school year. Physicals need to be completed before July 31, 2017 for not-athletes or before summer practice begins for athletes. If you have questions, contact Kelly Delmotte, firstname.lastname@example.org.

Used Uniform Sale, 5/27
PAC will host their Used Uniform Sale on Saturday, May 27th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the dining hall. PLEASE read the FLYER for detailed information for sellers and buyers.
JPII Approved Outerwear – Order Today
Now that this school year is coming to a close, it is time to start preparing for the next one. We are currently taking orders for your student’s optional outerwear in order to ensure that you have it for the start of the new school year. We are also introducing custom socks for the coming school year. We will be keeping a low inventory, so please make sure you order ahead of time. All items are optional. Volunteers Needed for Project Graduation – Saturday, 5/20
We are in need of volunteers to help chaperone Project Graduation. Project Graduation is an all night, fun, alcohol and drug free event for the seniors to celebrate graduation. We rent inflatables and poker tables, as well as provide a DJ, ping pong tables and so much more! This event is usually run by the underclassmen parents, since the senior parents are busy with graduation. The event runs from 11:00 p.m. on Saturday until 5:00 a.m. on Sunday. The shifts are below and we would like to have around 12 volunteers per shift.
10:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. – 5:30 a.m.

3rd Annual JPII Sinclair Alumni LAX Game, 6/4
The 3rd Annual JPII Sinclair Alumni Lacrosse Game is being held on the turf field on Sunday, June 4 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
All current students, alumni, parents, and community members are invited. All current and past JPII lacrosse players are welcome to play in the game. Please reach out to Mary Leonard at email@example.com for more information or to register.
Camp JPII 2017
With over 450 campers signed up, four camps now full, and more camps filling up each day, now is the time to register for Camp JPII!
Camp JPII offers summer fun for kids age 5-18 the weeks of June 5-9th, June 12-16th, June 19-23rd, and June 26-30th. Camps run Monday-Friday in two sessions: 9:00 a.m. – noon and 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Before care, after care, and meal plans are also available as well as the Pick Four Discount for those who sign up for four half-day camps. With 40 camps to choose from, there is something available for every age and every interest!

Pre Participation Exams for Athletes, 5/27
With the help of doctors, physical therapists, and athletic trainers of the JPII family we will have our annual free pre participation exams on Saturday, May 27th, from 9:00-11:00. Incoming freshman and sophomores are from 9:00-10:00 and incoming juniors and seniors are from 10:00-11:00. This event will take place in the main gym. Please print, fill out, and bring your child’s portion of the physical form from the link below with you the day of the physicals. We are in need of 12-15 volunteers to help with the physicals from 8:30-11:00. If you would like to volunteer please email Jason Everhardt, athletic trainer, jason.everhardt@

Interested in joining a row team? Current statistics show that approximately 18% of male and 55% of female athletes who row receive a scholarship to row in college! Nashville Rowing provides a platform for interested athletes at any level to learn the sport of rowing. Interested students should see Coach Dempsey for more information.

Lacrosse America Hiring for June 3-4 Event
Lacrosse America, the Midwest’s largest lacrosse event company, is looking for tournament support staff for the Country Lax Festival coming to Goodlettsville.
Students, teachers, church groups, teams, or just those looking to make extra cash this summer.
ALL POSITIONS ARE PAID HOURLY.
When: Saturday, June 3rd & Sunday, June 4th
Where: Moss Right Park –Goodlettsville (Nashville), TN
Hours: Approximately 6:30/7:00AM – 5PM/7PM each day (depending on position assigned).
(TBD Friday check-in/training – no more than 1 hour)
Positions: Scorekeepers, Parking Attendants, General Operations Staff
(No lacrosse experience needed).
-Must be at least 16 years old. Preference is given to those available to work both days of the tournament. Grab a group of friends to work with you!!
-First come first served until positions are filled.
-Lunch provided both days!
