Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Coach Bob Page attended perennial NCAA final-four power the University of Virginia on athletic scholarship to play lacrosse. Coach Page played both the midfield and attack positions. After college, Coach Page spent time coaching at MBA, Father Ryan, and as a staff member of lacrosse camps with the University of Notre Dame and the University of Virginia. In 2006, Coach Page joined Pope John Paul II High School as an instructor of Economic/Government and Head Lacrosse Coach. The following year the team enjoyed its first winning record and more recently has won the state DII championship in 2009 and 2011. In 2010, he was awarded outstanding teacher by the Senior Class and Harvest Award (voted on by entire student body) for excellence in coaching. In May 2011, he was recognized as the Coach of the Year for the state of Tennessee by the TSLA.
