Adams, Davis named Sumner Athletes of the Year
Congratulations to rising senior Jordan Adams and recently graduated Tiffany Davis for being named the Sumner County track athletes of the year on the basis of their outstanding seasons.

Jordan finished third in the state in the 100 meter and fifth in the 200 meters, whereas Tiffany's versatility was evident in her second place finish in the 400 meters, 4th place in the 100 meters, and sixth in the 200 meters. Both students made the all county team in these races. 

Congratulations also to these other JPII students named to the all county team:  
  • Vance Pounders in the 800 and 1600 meter runs 
  • Genevieve Guerry in the 1600 meters and honorable mention, 800 meters
  • Kirsten Perry in 3200 meters and honorable mention, 1600 meters
  • Breanna Tate honorable mention, 100 meters
